Always with a smile and willing to help with anything we needed. The location was perfect, close enough to everything but not in the middle of all the noise. The rooms were very spacious and the stand-alone shower was a nice touch.
The stairs were a bit of a struggle when carrying heavy luggage. It would be great if they added more assistance with this.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. Mosquito issue was handled promptly. Warm daily greetings. Excellent location within walking distance. Spacious rooms. Stand-alone shower.

We had a great time staying at this hotel. The staff members were very welcoming and helpful. They made sure that everything was up to our standards and even went above and beyond to get rid of mosquitoes in one of our rooms. The location of this hotel was amazing as it was just a short walk to all the popular spots in the city. In addition, the hotel was very clean and had excellent facilities. The parking area was also very convenient and transportation was easily accessible. The hotel staff also provided a delicious breakfast every morning.
Hard to think of anything negative to say. We had absolutely no complaints during our stay at this hotel.

The hotel staff were fantastic - very friendly and accommodating to our needs! They really went above and beyond when we found mosquitoes in one of our rooms, doing everything they could to get rid of them. the location was amazing! We loved that it wasn't in the heart of all the action, but still within walking distance of everything. Plus, the rooms were incredibly spacious, and the shower was a stand-alone, which we appreciated.
The stairs. It was a bit of a challenge carrying our heavy luggage up and down them.

The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, and the location was great, with many attractions within walking distance. the rooms were spacious and the shower was a stand-alone, unlike other hotels of similar rating in Thailand. heavy luggage was difficult to carry up the steep stairs.
The hotel name on the website did not match the actual name, causing confusion during arrival.
